Iconic Hotel boasts a great location, right next to a variety of bars and restaurants, as well as excellent shops. It's also conveniently close to interesting attractions like the Priory Ruins, which are within easy walking distance.

The location turned out to be strategic and comfortable, just off convenience stores. Most of the staff were competent and caring. Provided breakfast was delicious and lovely with salad, exceeded our expectations...

Facilities were good, but Wi-Fi was very poor.

well-maintained accommodation, the breakfast was gorgeous, strategic location to the nearest attraction. the room was good modern and functional with a flat-screen tv with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe available. location: the hotel was not far from penang for personal or business, f&b outlets and a durian store. the service was good, including a very quick check-in.

I recently stayed at Iconic Hotel in Bukit Mertajam for a business trip, and I must say it was an excellent choice made by my director. From the moment I arrived, I was treated to a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. The hotel staff was welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. I was impressed by the hotel facilities, particularly the convenience of the location near the highway exit. Despite being near the highway, the location was not noisy at all, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also had a great breakfast selection, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
